The island of St. Lucia is the best place for romance, families and singles. This picturesque island is blessed with an abundance of attractive beaches and lots of night life entertainment. All the beaches in St. Lucia are public and are open to anybody. All the beaches in St. Lucia are great for all water sports, snorkelling and diving as well as swimming. Whilst all the beaches are public, access to some of them can only be done by boat and you will not have the use of umbrellas or chairs on every beach. If you are not a registered guest at a hotel, you will have to pay small fees to make use of the umbrellas and chairs. Beware that there are no lifeguards stationed on the beach in St. Lucia, so be on the lookout for places with red flags/signs and avoid swimming there because you will be doing that at your own risks.
